6. Payments

Online payments are processed through PhonePe and the payment methods made available at checkout.

You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use. Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and security procedures of the relevant payment provider or bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless we expressly communicate otherwise for a particular order.

Cosmic Blessing does not request that customers disclose their payment passwords, UPI PINs or one-time passwords through email, phone or WhatsApp. Never share these confidential details with anyone claiming to represent us.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery across India, subject to serviceability at the delivery address.

Our normal dispatch and estimated delivery timelines, shipping arrangements and tracking information are explained in our Shipping Policy.
